"Think ned stark was right "winter is coming "
And the north will endure
Wonder when the first hose pipe ban will kick in ? " .
That's a bit of a crock
The lakes have just seen unprecedented rainfall and despite flood defences being recently upgraded, it shows what the UK will have to face when the climate change starts to ramp up |

Just see this on a football forum magnificent gesture
Just speaking to club captain Danny Grainger on the team bus. A lot of concern from the lads about all those affected by this weekend's events up in Cumbria and the Borders. Every member of the squad has agreed that they want to help, if at all possible, so they have spoken to manager Keith Curle, and it has been agreed that we will all be available after training on Tuesday to help out in any way possible. Clearing furniture, cleaning, tidying - anything that is needed and that will help. Contact us on media@carlisleunited.co.uk if you think the lads can help you with your situation #oneteam #cufc #community #staypositive |

Build water tanks, sell the water back to the water companies at an inflated rate. |

"My babe's stuck in the middle of it... I feel so helpless! "
I feel a bit shallow after my last remark...
My heart goes out to all the families that have had not only their home's and lives turned upside down but also destroyed Christmas too.
I'm absolutely astonished at the devastation it's left. |
