I do mystery shopping and it isnt all shopping as such, its anything that deals with members of the public ie: hotels, restaraunts, car hire even websites |

I have been a mystery shopper in the past, and i would certainly recommend anyone who works in retail to do it... I think it gives you a much better insight into what to look at in your own jobs and pinpoint any weaknesses... |
