Does it annoy anyone else when people write Xmas instead of Christmas? Not sure if it's a deliberate attempt to distance the religious aspect of the season or just laziness. Maybe I'm just being pernickity? I also like eating biscuits in even numbers and have to increase the volume on the television or radio in blocks of 5. |

I'm not particularly pernickity but it irritates me too. |

"X is the first letter of the ancient Greek spelling of 'Christos' & the usage of Xmas has been around for quite a while."
Just googled it. Found it quite interesting xx |
