bins returned to our gardens all neatly emptied no rubbish blowing around the street newspapers and letters pushed right through the letter box instead of being left halfway so one end gets soaked might these people be after something do you think ?

There is rubbish all over the place here and garbage bags piled up.

They can all be as nice as they like, I have enough to do without worrying about the bin men, postie, teachers and a partridge in a pear tree!!
