I've just seen a friend of mine moaning that her boyfriend is trimming the front garden edge to make it look nice... but she wants blinds putting up in the house...
What would you rather have done 1st?? Nicely trimmed edge that looks good for people walking by or blinds in kitchen window that will take 5 min to put up. ( apprently she can't do blinds her self because she's pregnant ) x |

The blinds for me, they have more than 1 purpose. Look nice, stop people being nosey bastards in the evenings looking in, keep heat in etc. Plus it's a job that only needs doing once, trimming the hedge is continual. |
