Do you find that certain geographical car registration codes are poorer road companions? And if you see, for example, a B - Birmingham - coded plate, with a BMW for example - it's your dream match?
Not all registration letters are related to drivers' gomes, but most are. Some I see here, due to proximity are B, D, Y and F. Birmingham, Shropshire, Yorkshire and Derby. (Not commenting on those). |

Not quite sure i follow but i dont see the point in anyone getting a private plate for a BMW with BMW somewhere in the registration; surely the BMW came with a BMW badge on it in the first place? |

It was a quick post, during several hours of a power cut - sorry it wasn't so clear.
I notice that some car registration prefixes appear to show worse levels of standards than others. Have you noticed this?
The first letter of a reg no signifies the area. Eg, a Birmingham car would start with a B. Shropshire with a D, Manchester/Liverpool with M.
Living in the centre of the UK I see a great variety of them and perceive some are worse drivers than others.
Have you noticed differences or dread being behind - for example - a registration starting with B? Is this clearer? |

Have private plates
What I hate is plates that reference the make/model of the car. Worst offenders are BMW drivers.
Oh and hate mis-badged cars. Having loads of m badges isn't going to give you more ponies. |
