French Coffee:
Pour coffee, cointreau and kahlua into an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste. Gently float the cream on top, add a teaspoon of cointreau, and serve.

It's lovely.
If you get a little glass and out the tia Maria in first, you can then float the baileys on top (done in a shot glass, this looks lush!)
Experiment with your preferred mix, but I'd recommend starting with 1 baileys to 4-5 tia Maria. |
