I shall wait for the sentencing hearing before commenting on this as I want to kmow how long he will now serve in custody. Mistakes were made in the original trial and the SA legal system is going to have to look into it seriously to see if anything needs to change.

Good, how the original judge found him guilty of anything other than at the least culpable homicide was beyond me. Justice prevails.

Hope stumpy is put away for a very long time and that original judge never over sees another trial in her lifetime.

He could get a minimum of 15 years but then again will he have the right to appeal or ask for a retrial..?
