I just put up two new (look at me) photos and think I'm of an average body type. What do I have to do before o can say 'athletic'? Get some muscle definition? Run about lots? What do you consider athletic? |

I really don't know. I have myself as athletic because I don't think I'm slim. I suppose I could put average. In all honesty, without defining characteristics next to the choices, it really is just up to you. Put what you think you are.

I have the body of a sportsman so I guess I'm athletic (or is darts not really a sport?)
To answer the question I guess look at an athletes body. Body like Usian Bolt? Athletic. |

I get that and im not having a go at you. if you think your atheletic put athletic dont let other people who havent met you tell you.
I put curvy and it should be whale but thats what the pics are for.
I hate being put in a box but most of all i hate others telling me which box i shpuld be in, just my rebelious nature i guess xx |

People don't look in the dictionary because they want others opinion in whether their photos could be classed as slim or athletic or whatever. Even Google won't give you its thoughts on a topic.

Just be yourself and changes happen slowly and not overnight.
I'm not happy with my shape at the moment but I'm in the comfort zone and I do need to exercise.

I'm confused by this too - my doctors describe me as an athlete but I'm not ripped - have (normally - not now as I have trained for 3 months due to an accident) good definition but I'm fairly slight as I'm a runner and cyclist so I haven't described my body type as athletic. |

Sometimes think it would be better if dress size was in the descriptions because there are loads of ladies ( and gents ) who put average when they are well over that. I'd say average is say a size 12 ish not 16 - 18 |

but that would be more confusing as the average dress size(because that's what most women are) is a size 16. But then if you gomin dress sizes upwards from say size 6 upwards then 16 is a large.
