ok i have a movie of me and i want some softwear so i can make some pics from it

windows movie player wont work like it used to i am on windows 7

any help wud be fab xx

Easiest way is to pause the film then take a screen shot by pressing your "print screen" button then pasting it into windows paint.

Use the Snipping Tool in Windows 7 found in Accessories
