Brighton - even Hove!

6ft 2in here and lousy posture. Trying to tone my core as well as standing up staright. You might need extra joint supplements. Try swimming too to strengthen without pressure. And can you get me that magazine off the top shelf for me?

I don't have your height, but 10 years ago used to have bad knees.

The stretching, strengthening, conditioning and balance work (which all supports the knees) of martial arts has fixed those problems.

I can't reach anything and now my 15 year old is reaching the top of the cupboards for me

I have bad knees, well I have clicky ones, people at my old job always used to know it was me before I even got in the room sometimes, another reason I'm slimming now lol

6'3 and am the go to person for retrieval of items stored at height.

My knees are fine, indeed given my weight my joints are all remarkably good.

Only 5ft 8 and had knee problems since I was a teenager. They will be replaced eventually; until then I take glucosamine and cod liver oil and the occasional Naproxen.

Im 6' 1" and suffer with bad knees. I put it down to years of cycling when I was a teen.(never off that bike)

Then 5 years of Karate, 3 days a week. Constant low stances put huge pressure on the knees.

Now when its cold or damp they ache like mad & working under cars becomes unbearable at times.(cant get up to fetch tools)

I feel your pain my friend!

I'm really suffering with my left knee/leg/hip at min.

Recently found out I need a hip replacement. They don't want to do it yet coz of my age. I had a injection at the beginning of October that doesn't seem to have worked. I now walk like I've got a limp!! The pain at night is getting worse and of course it's taking it out on my knee.

When I was a teenager I rode my BMX about three hours every evening and developed a knee condition called Osgood Schatters.

My GP ordered me to stop riding and the condition cleared in a few months.
