Hello, new to this place (said hello in Introductions already).
I just wanted to whinge somewhere about selling houses. A necessity as my wife and I are separating and neither of us can afford to keep this place on on their own. So today I'm 'working from home' waiting for the estate agent to turn up for an initial valuation.
(Don't worry, I'm use my personal laptop to post here!) |

I hope it goes smoothly. I also hope you remember to place some grave shaped hummocks in the garden before you go, as this will give the buyers a talking point after they've moved in  |

I remember a routine by Chris Addison where he suggested before wallpapering, buy a tin of dark red paint and scrawl "I WILL KILL AGAIN!" on the wall before hanging the paper and just imagine the future owners when they strip it off.
I have been tempted to do that...! |
