One was an alcoholic of epic proportions who with his son managed to lead me on a life of drinking and general shitty behaviour for a year, funnily enough he doesn't own the place anymore (by his own admission he was an alcoholic so I'm ok to say it). Fun times at the time, not so much after
The second well she was never happy, only saw the bad stuff you did never the good. For someone that wanted good results in stuff she didn't know how to handle a team!
I could go on but will be here until christmas! |

Mine's absolutely lovely - let's me do what I want, with minimal supervision. We both swear like navvies with piles and can drink each other under the table. She does ballet and pole dances and we share a cynical outlook and an affection for Joe Trummer, amongst other things.
Shame she's a human train-wreak.
If I were my boss, I'd fire me. |

When you don't see the boss he is keeping you in a job buy looking after the cost of running the business and thinking where the next amount off money is coming from to keep you in one ,as you would soon go in a rage if you didn't get payed at the end of the month there are cost witch members of staff never see |

I believe that you spent a lot of hours of your life in work and if you have member of staff that are not happy in their work place then they only make the rest of the work force the same ,so you eradicate the problem .once told business works as well as you and other wish it to and for the good of all and I have never been a boss that as said . I wish anythink of staff to do something that I will not do myself |

My boss is an absolute pratt
has no idea what he is doing and if we did everything the way he wanted the place would grind to a halt. shame as majority of other people i work with are ok and i actually like my job |

My proper boss is great, a real expert in what he does and very encouraging and motivating. My other boss is a robotic bastard with a total lack of social skills who demotivates the entire team and will not accept any criticism. I've managed to carve out a post working for the good one and having as little as possible to do with the bad one. |

My immediate boss is great. Always has a smile but doesn't mollycoddle anyon. She's managed to be helpful an supportive without continually praising pepeople. If she does give you praise then you've really earnt it. Sometimes I wish she'd give me some feedback about how I'm doing when she observes lessons I'm supporting in. Her boss though is awful.
She doesn't speak to colleagues respectfully. She treated an old colleague poorly (like a student) when in front of students and all the students were shocked at how she spoke to my colleague. |
