Black Fridays is just stuff that neither sells well, end of line stuff which has already had its price cut or last seasons fancy new thing.

Source - worked retail.

Screwfix had a dewalt combined drill but it was an old one. New one was full price.

Don't believe for a second they're giving you good stuff in season.
