With a nod to Satisfy Jane, for being first out of the closet and mentioning Radio 4 on the book thread...

I'm happy to unashamadley admit like I really like Radio4 & listen to it every day.

With the continiung success of the book thread, which continues to get great contributions, let's hear your fave Radio 4 programmes.

I'll start off by saying my life is greatly enriched by the following three;

The News Quiz

I'm Sorry I havent a Clue

Just a Minute

(R.I.P Clement Freud, surely the best ever panelist on Just a Minute)

I know i'm not alone, come on peeps...

I've never listened to radio 4. Maybe I will now. Are there particular times which are good?

My ex used to love I'm sorry I haven't a clue and bought a box set of CDs once. I have to admit I loved listening to those and it's not often I can properly listen to talking on the radio.

Radio 4 is really, really strong for comedy.

Every night between 6.30 & 7pm.

Just about everything good on tv started on Radio 4;

Little Britain

League of Gentlemen

Fry & Laurie

Have I got News for you is 'the news quiz' on tv.

Steve Coogan

Rob Brydon

Goodness Gracious Me

And way too many more to mention.

I've only just got over the fact that I like Radio 2... I'm not quite sure that I'm ready for Radio 4 just yet.

But maybe when I get to your ages Sensual...
