My sister went for a 4D scan yesterday and i got to see some of the pictures - they are amazing!!!
Its so weird being able to 'see' my niece before she arrives and, even though their dads are different, she really looks like her older brother
She got a dvd of it (hence the 4Dness of the scan) and hoping to see it this afternoon.
cant wait to meet her in March (niece that is - not my sister, i've already met her ) |

We had that done for our little lad back in 2008 and I agree, it was amazing to see his little face before he was born. We have the DVD of it, and a few stills, so he'll be able to see himself pre-birth when he's older.
Well worth the £150ish we spent on it. |

it is amazing to see, as saw it when a mate had it done with her son...although personally it was never something that interested me beyond just seeing the regular scans to just see that there was a baby present...or 2 as in the second pregnancy. For me a big part of it was the not knowing what I was having, the surprise of what my little baby was going to look like when he or she came out. I did not find out for my son or the twins if they were going to be girls or boys...just thought that would take away from the experience.Again, can only speak for myself. |
