Getting threatened while dogging

Last night I went to a well known dogging spot and was surprised to find no one around apart from another car with its light on. I approached and to my surprise a couple was in full swing so to speak. Anyway I watch them till they finished and next thing I was getting a hail of abuse from the guy calling me a dirty old man (he was the dirty old man as well over my age mid 50's and she was a lot younger).
So I just went back to my car the guy must have had a bee in his bonnet and drove by me then stopped to hail more abuse.
Enough is enough I thought so I got out of the car and replied to him
"i bet your wife doesn't know about your affair but she soon will if I get the police down here so feck off before your found out"
his face was a picture all his muscle turned to jelly and his face went white then he soon left rather sharpish.
Anyone else had some good comebacks at the abusers in dogging spots. |

Yeah - I'm stuck on this one - I have a feeling that the couple wasn't dogging, it sounds more like they'd just parked up for some naughty fun (quite possible unaware of what that spot gets used for); the OP put 2 and 2 together (dogging spot - couple having sex) and didn't get 4. What do they say about never assuming anything? |

I wouldn't consider that a "come watch us fuck". Maybe they were caught up in the moment. I meant more like flashing their lights to acknowledge you.
I do think it's a risk from having sex in public, you may get caught. I also think you shouldn't have just gone and watched. |

From hearing "vanilla" people talk about dogging most don't see it the way it is on here as a communal activity or a spectator thing.
Dogging spot to most people means "ohh I heard about this car park out of the way where people sneak off to have some fun, want to try it?" Kinda like a modern version of make our point |

All sounds willfully naive to the possibility.
I was another thread talking about the pleasures of outside sex and got absolutely slated by people going on about innocent members of the public passing or shaggers being seen by children. So l say better for them to be seen by some guy with his knob out than a police officer or being reported by a member of public who gives the police the shagger's registration number. This is one of the reasons dogging doesn't appeal to us.

There shouldn't be any confusion about what is or isn't a dogging spot these days.
The local councils all seem to have them clearly marked with a little sign with a dog on, and have helpfully provided green bins for people to put their condoms etc in when they are finished.
They always seem to be in parks these days mind you, which personally I find very odd and a bit too public, but I guess is a sign of society becoming more relaxed. |

I don't see the OP as being wrong. I went dogging with ex years ago. I put the inner light on and saw guys coming over. We learned from the internet later that that is an invite to watch! |

Dogging puts you in a vulnerable position. All it takes is a simple photo, a altercation, or even bumping into someone you know. Tried it a few times but moved on from it. |

To be fair I kind of agree with the OP. Not the slanging match, but I would also have assumed they were dogging.
When we first started out I googled dogging and apparently there are signals. The interior light on means you're welcome to watch, a window down is an invite to touch and the door open means you can join in. However any time we've done it guys will still ask if it's ok to do x, y or z before touching me.
As the light was on inside the car, in a known dogging spot, I would have thought that yes they were dogging.
But it's possible that they didn't know that and they freaked out a bit. |

Shows it is best to be cautious. Never assume everybody in a 'dogging' location knows what is going on there. Maybe just on their way home and fancied a bit. Could have turned out nasty if he really was with his wife.x |

Courting couple I haven't heard that phrase for some time.
A boyfriend and I were "courting" in his car when we were about 17 and someone shone their headlights in on us and tried looking in. Neither of us knew about dogging but I wonder if they thought that's what we were doing.

It sounds to me like the couple in the car may have decided to have a bit of fun and scare the OP for a laugh and it backfi_ed on them.
