I assume that it does mean that the guy has a larger than average dick. I always assume 8"+
I personally prefer average sized dicks (as stated on our profile) so I usually pass by profiles that say this. And I also find that most of the guys we have met on here do actually have dicks larger than the national average, so in that respect, I guess VWE is a tad meaningless.
