After being to a few fetish events, I want to develop my domination skills.
Are there any tuition for, rope trying play, safe domination, whipping, role play etc...
Any suggestions would be helpful.

advice as already given, go to a local munch and go to clubs that put on demonstrations....also if you have a willing model to practise with, thats helps immensely...my advice is enjoy learning, making mistakes but have a laugh and a giggle. |

As others have said just get involved in your local fet scene. Go to events and munches and you will find people to learn from and possibly even mentor you |
