I have to say my best purchase was a cinema card, if you are into films and go a lot, £16 per month to see as many films as you want is really good value. I used to go twice a week and at over £10 a ticket round here you can see how much I saved!
Plus it's a really nice thing for a date night x |

Go to a fair - seem to be quite a few around.
German or Artisan Market - loads of them around now - Glüwein and a bratwurst can't beat hot wine and a big sausage on a cold winter's evening
Local Amateur Dramatic performance - some great productions around
Local orchestra concerts- as above
Local band gigs - loads around
Art Gallery or museum if daytime

I was going to pm but I can't; don't know if I can mention the cinema but it's very very large, a bit like a 'world'! Lol |
