Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound |
I'm not going to a work one. I'm not going to a Fab related one. Christmas Day I'll wear something smart(ish) but comfortable for the party I go to in the morning - room for the expanding belly when I get home.

The little black dress, sparkly heels x matching clutch bag, wow wow cleavage. Two works parties to attend, thankfully different sides of the country so nobody will see what I am wearing for the Leeds party.... As it's going to London do with me.. |

I'll be wearing a black dress, black.bodice and floaty chiffon sleeves and the skirt of the dress is beaded sequins. It's quite a heavy dress but it's gorgeous so worth it.
I don't know about shoes yet |

I got an extra wear out of mine last night. Long sleeved cocktail length all sequinned dress in golds and blacks and browns and all sorts of Autumn colours. Worn with black heels. |

As far as I am aware right now I'm only attending two parties in December, one isn't strictly a Christmas party but it's a naked party sooooooooo no need to worry (apart from the fact it's a party and its naked )
The other I'm not really fussed about what I wear as not to put a downer on the thread but it's a 'last wish party' for a family member who only has three months to live, so as long as I turn up I am not concerned about my outfit |

"Probably the red one I had as an avatar on here for a while. Unless I see anything new that takes my fancy between now and then."
I saw a rich, dark green silk in TK Maxx that I thought would look good against your skin with your dark hair.

"I've got one of those Santa hats that lights up and a Santa tie that lights up.
Which dress will you wear with that?
"
Probably just a pair of boxer shorts, dresses and clothes not allowed in Chameleons. |

My jumpsuit came back Friday and it looks lush on, gonna wear it out Black Friday I think. Lindie black sequin jumpsuit if you want to look on google images, £35 not bad at all, just need to make sure the sequins stay in position over my nipples! |

My first Xmas party ( with the girls posh hotel) a week Saturday which I'm wearing a full legnth colbolt blue evening gown which is all floaty. Match it up with patient black heels and bag and a big fake fur stole.
My second 2 weeks later I've got a knee legnth black dress which has a slash neck and covered in millions of little black sequins so it sparkles not sure rest of the outfit lol.
Such a hard choice. |

"Only xmas party I might be going to is Star Wars fancy dress...
So my diet over the next 4 weeks will determine wether im dressing as leia or jabba! Lol!!
On that note I'm off out for a run!! "
Assuming your profile pictures are up to date, Leia for the win. |

I'm sure you girls will all look fab! I already have my dress. It's a Joe Browns in magenta, A line, corset type back with net underskirt.
Wore it for graduation. Thought it would be perfect for Christmas. I know some say you shouldn't wear the same dress twice but I love it. Plus for £70 you want to wear it again lol x |

"Ha! I'm not going to mine! It's a big flashy black tie do in a posh hotel. So far from my comfort zone it's not even funny. Not to mention I can't be arsed buying a dress!
"
Can I go to yours? Mine is pizza on a Thursday lunchtime |

Sound like my ideal night - we're going for a curry and wetherspoons . Don't get me wrong I enjoy both but not quite Christmassy |

My Christmas meal dress is very simple and red with just a ruffle collar I shall where with a lace black shrug, boots and tights.
For Christmas day I've ordered a dress covered in snowman, just a cheap fun thing instead of a Christmas jumper.
I've got a gorgeous pink silk monsoon dress to wear as well and I've got my outfit to visit winter wonderland sorted, and I think I know what I'm wearing for the theatre. |

I tried doing my hair in Leia buns while it was still waist-length and I didn't have enough hair. They may have faked it on film. Sainsbury's have Leia buns on a headband in their kids' clothing section though; I spotted them today. |

Come to one of mine. First one is a posh do in Bristol museum. |

I'm sure they'd be delighted if I arranged a replacement!
I like our team lunch... afternoon off work, nice lunch, never ending supply of good wine... happy days! |
