Just lucky that I have one of those body types I can eat what I like and never seem to put weight on. I do have a physical job though (building trade) go to the gym regular and I find lots of vigorous sex also helps burn the calories. |

Tonight it is slow roast beef, with a salt, pepper and allspice rub browned off then cooked in guinness and port with mushrooms and red onion served with grilled asparagus and par boiled new potatoes sliced and fried in butter with garlic |
