Good evening Smoothies, due to my non existent sleep patterns, after having been awake for 40 hrs I have slept all day and woke up at 11.30. 
Am now about to have a homemade curry from ma freezer and have been to the 24/7 to get a supply of cider  |

Good evening, I am awake but trying to go back to sleep, but for some unknown reason every time I get comfortable and relaxed a muscle on my bum keeps spasming and it very annoying |
