Xmas morning get up get dressed walk to mothers spend time with her maybe help with the cooking.

Xmas afternoon eat dinner play games open presents.

Xmas evening collect kids from the ex's bfs house back to mum's for a few drinks then trying to figure out how I'm gonna get home without paying through the roof for a cab!

Christmas Eve, work til 12, then go and get a mountain of presents from my parentals then our annual trip to church for chirstingle (the thing with the orange for those who don't know) then off to the pub for a bender!!

Christmas Day: getting d*unk on Buck's Fizz, loosing the turkey, then falling asleep, maybe a trip to the pub in the evening x

No set routine. Depends where we are. It's a day of going with the flow and relaxing. That's what it's all about.

Costa Blanca Spain...

Cooking Turkey, peeling Veg. decorating table, and generally making sure that everything is perfect for the kids to turn up, wolf it all down, slob on the couch playing with their f***ing mobiles, then after half an hour piss off to their friends. Leaving us to clear up of course.

BUT (drum roll and fanfare please) this year they can f**k off and do it all themselves. We are going to be in Spain for a month and driving up to Benidorm for 3 days at Christmas.

Knaresborough

I'll be in Sweden this year to see my little sis who lives there. Sweden's Christmas Day is on our Christmas Eve, so it'll be Swedish on Christmas Eve and English on Christmas Day. It's great having 2 days!!

Christmas Eve is Wigilia. A 12 course meal with as many family members as possible.

Good food, good company, singing and all round wonderfulness.

Horsham

Eve try and meet up with a mate for a beer, been doing this since we both started working.

Day go to a hotel with the family for dinner, then depending on the mood either go back to theirs or go home.
