I ate some chocolate late tonight, which I really didn't need. I've added a pound or two this week, and I should have enjoyed the fruit that I have at home instead.

Mine today - I got up very early and spent half an hour talking with my handsome personal trainer, instead of working out. My excuse was I ached still from a former abs workout, but it was really his lovely eyes and smile. I will end the day 2 stones heavier for flirting and not working. |
