My friends here and away from here know I'm not sharing my food with them
So that said, yes I have made a few people I would see are true friends  |

Yes, true friends can be found on Fab. I've recently been very ill and my Fab friends have been so supportive and looked after me. More so than vanilla friends to be honest. As long as you are open to it true friends can be found anywhere |

I'll say it does. I met my best guy friend on here years ago now. And he's a true friend.
Also made a friend with a female I met on here over 2 years ago.
Andy recently met some people who may well become real friends.
My circle of true friends is quite small though |

Yup, my best mate was my first meet on here, never play now but very close, go visit, drink tea, go to gigs, family events, stuff like that so yeah, of course friendship happens on here

If you had asked me at the beginning of this year if I even believed in true friendship at all, I'd have probably said no. My opinion on friendships in general was not good. I guess that's what happens when you've been let down by a lot of so-called friends in your life.
All I can say is I was wrong. Very wrong. There are some good people to be found on here. And one lady in particular has become a true friend to me. A real lifesaver and confidant. I feel truly blessed to have found her. A wonderful woman and a wonderful friend.
So yes, there is such a thing as true friendship on here. I know that for a fact. |

Simply put -yes.
I met one of my closest friends on this site. Someone who I would do anything for and trust implicitly.
I have also met several other people whom I consider good friends too. |

I don't think I've been here long enough to class anyone as a friend to be honest.
I chat to a few I am very fond of but I've not met them in the flesh so I would say calling them friends is too strong a word. |

24 November 2013 I met someone on here who turned into a true friend...he's snoring gently beside me. I've also met four men who have remained true friends. One lives in Wilmslow and he used to drive me to Chorley hospital to visit my dad when he was dying.
Another we ended up chatting, I didn't find him sexually attractive and he was married. Once a month we would go to the theatre (his treat) and dinner (my treat). His wife knew and was happy as he was her carer and his once a month "date" made both their lives happier.
She phoned me when he had a fall and ended up in hospital. She phoned when it was discovered he had lung cancer. When he died I travelled in the hearst with her.

Yes over 3 yrs ago met my best friend on here .
Plus have a few couples who are friends on here and in the real world I've known since I joined nearly 6 yrs ago. And one lovely friendship that's blooming away nicely. And I am so looking forward to seeing her soon  |

Its very possible, I've made a few already and its a blessing that I have found one man in particular, he makes me smile and cheers me up no end. Its more than friendship too but I do also see him as a best friend |

I'm sure plenty of people do find true friendship on here and that's great for them .
But we wouldn't look for true friendship on here , that's not on our agenda .

We arranged to meet a couple in the prem inn for a drink before we went to Xtasia a couple of years ago , got on well ,,,, spent the evening messing around with them in Xtasia and at the end of the evening we thought what great folk they were and wouldnt it be great to see them again ,,,,,,, it seems they thought the same thing because when we got home there was a message waiting for us on Fabs asking us to theirs the following weekend ,they only live 10 miles away and we have become the very best of friends , we see them nearly every week if not twice a week and its not all about the sex either although thats a fantastic part of our friendship |

We clicked the first time we met, like peas in a pod, decided to do couple profile, and the fun is still ongoing.
We can't go to any clubs or parties without each other, doesn't feel right. We are even spending Christmas together.

We have made some great friends on here, haven't played with each other we met at a social hit it off and friendship continued off fab. Andy and I also met on here and we have been togetger over 2 years now. X |

i went to a evening get together back in the summer and got to know quite a few new faces and had a good chat and a laugh ,,,, upon leaving a elder gentleman that i know asked me if i had a good time ,,, yes i told him , i have made some good new friends , he smiled and said only time will tell if they will become friends , he said that he would call them acquaintances and any man who has more than 5 true friends is a very wealthy man in deed ,,,,,, had me thinking on my way home and yes i had to agree with him |

Same with us. Our closest friends from here live in Cheltenham and we saw them just a few weeks back when sex was not even on the cards. It was just amazing to see them and we'd quite happily just spend days out in their company |

definitely not. My best friend ever is a lady I stopped having sex with over 10 years ago. We remain close friends without the sex and see each other socially at least once a week. I'm friends albeit less close with several ex swinging partners. |

I don't have any true friends in the swinging world on this or any other swinging site.
Apart from my hubby that is, I met him via another swinging site and apart from being married, he is also my best friend
Before i met him i had many men friends who all said they wanted to remain "friends" with me when i stopped swinging after meeting my future hubby. However once they got no sex with me though these "friendships" vanished and I never heard from any of them except once in a blue moon when they asked if I was swinging again and would i meet them (answer ... no) lol.
I don't "do" friendships with females at all neither here nor in the real world as I find most women boring anyway.
So no, no true friendships here apart from hubby. I would only think they were after something as that has been the way in the past |
