Preparation chick- get it all prepped the day or two before, veg etc can be peeled and left covered in water. Buy stuffing, bread sauce, pigs in blankets ready prepped.
Its just like a Sunday roast really, but bigger.
If all else fails- provide plenty of wine! xx |

I plan to do as little as possible it will be a good laugh I'm working Christmas Eve which is our Christmas as we have a danish Christmas so missing out on that... |

You'll be fine .. At least it's your house , we will have hopefully just moved into our new home . The first year without my mum and no idea if we will be unpacked .. let alone what to do for Christmas with my dad brother and kids |

I always place unsalted butter in between the skin and meat. If you go in slowly from the back end its not to bad but still a messy job.
Leaves the turkey really moist with a slight hint of butter. |
