I've quit and have been for the last 2 months but I practically gave up before that by smoking like half a roll up and it was really skinny lol. I was getting my carbon monoxide levels checked and when I first went 2 months ago it was a reading of 2 and anything between a 0-5 is classed as a non smoker. I consider myself a non smoker now though. ^^ |
