Is it time to reassess US, UK and French foreign policy in the middle east?
Revenge appears to, at least, partly be motivating the French response. Is a ramping up of military might to impose a 'western will' the right longterm solution or is it becoming time to really question why we are militarily in the middle east at all?
Is it time to let a peoples decide and determine their own fate and control their own natural resources?
Are we perpetuating a 'no win' situation? If the west gets its way (whatever that is) by using its military to impose, will that just create another generation of middle east inhabitants that resent the west or thank it?
Time for revenge? Keep the status quo? Or time to walk away? |
