i asked specailist about he said they just happen nothing you can do , drink plenty ! |

That's not true, certain stones are formed by certain things in your diet. Fluids help, but so does knowing what type of stone you have so you can cut whatever it is out of your diet.
No matter what type, excess salt is bad for your kidneys. A full English will have excess salt. |

got told last one was just a norm stone . I don't know but I did ask about diet etc . |
