An explosion in a bar next to the stadium where France and Germany are playing so it would have been rammed
The poor French people, Parisians in particular have had it tough these last couple of years |

its going to get worse....... a lot worse if what france 24 are now reporting...
the 18 dead are in one location... and people are saying there could be up a dozen gunmen at that one....
they are also saying at the other location... they are reporting up to a dozen dead... and another 5 gunmen....
and you have to think if they are holding up a concert hall... there have to be a few there...... |

"Wth is going on? I don't want to change to the news but what is happening?"
A series of (possibly) co-ordinated attacks around Paris, police say 11 dead, media reporting possibly 18. One attack thought to be a bomb, others were people armed with automatic rifles.
There is also a possible hostage situation at a rock concert venue; but not confirmed. |

I was meant to be in Paris but couldn't go due to circumstances. My mum & sister went for my mums 50th. They only flew back to the uk A few hours ago!! . I'm so so thankful that their flight was the time it was. I dread to think what it would have been like if they were still there.

No I shouldn't, it should be highlighted and said more!
There's areas of the main religions that are completely unacceptable to 21st century morality!.
Violent video games won't corrupt everyone, however they will corrupt a small minority!
However completely non violent games like tic tac toe never corrupt anybody.
If the big religions were completely peaceful.. I think you'd find we'd have a fucking lot less religious terrorists... Like I said find me the jainists killing in the name of Jainism |

Not unless Obama or Cameron push the button on another Nagasaki/Hiroshima - and that ain't gonna happen. "

I was meant to be in Paris but couldn't go due to circumstances. My mum & sister went for my mums 50th. They only flew back to the uk A few hours ago!! . I'm so so thankful that their flight was the time it was. I dread to think what it would have been like if they were still there.
Really feel for everyone in Paris just now. It's despicable what these terrorists are doing. "
I think staying away from any major city nowadays is a wise decision. |

Simple answer we can't!
As no one, the governments, mi5 etc have no idea how many people are involved.
And as documented Isis promise the world to those they entice into there cult.

"Isis have flooded Europe with there fighters. I have a bad feeling this will only be the beginning. It's sickening!! "
Because Europe was far too bloody soft letting all the supposed "refugees" in without properly vetting them. There was even photo's showing Isis terrorists stood within the crowds of the genuine refugees waiting to get in to Europe. |

It is remarkably sad.
No information as to the perpetrators and their motives has been released so we would be well advised to curb idle speculation and rumour mongering until such time as things settle down and we understand what happened.
No one who shares a skin/hair/eye colour, nationality, sexuality or creed with whichever nasty bastards are doing this is in any way guilty by association and any civilised nation must stand up to idle and crass generalisation and see everyone who does not support such barbarity as brother, sisters and friends.
If we descend into lashing out at people for having similarities physically or whatever, with those who do this, we lower ourselves to the level of the barbarians. |

I hope the Parisians don't let this stop them getting on with life when it's all over and it doesn't generate more hate.

Where is the information that refugees are in any way responsible? Why don't we calm down and wait to find out some facts before spreading further intolerance and engendering more mistrust in fellow humans.

On a thread about what is going on in Paris tonight you mention immigrants and or refugees. Why would you mention them in the context you did if you did not think that their presence was in some way connected with what is happening?
The other reason may be that you are physically incapable of having a conversation on any topic without yabbering on about immigrants.
Either way it is totally unrelated to the facts as we have them right now. |

Some people are scared of what they don't know or understand. What we need is to.have mire understanding towards others.
It's natural and totally comprehensible to react without thinking to events like this, but we need to stay calm and not blame anyone except the people who are committing these atrocities. They are responsible for their actions and no one else. |

Have you people ever considered what would actually make somebody or group of people do this.
Its not normal, im sure these people dont do it for fun but there are reasons.
Now this is by no means right nor is it the way to implement a strategy. The problem isnt a nation or a group.
Find the problem and cure that and it certainly isnt immigration. |

While I don't think this speculation about who is responsible is in any way useful telling people to shut up because they are saying things you don't like has no place in a thread like this and is rather ironic. |

"Isis have flooded Europe with there fighters. I have a bad feeling this will only be the beginning. It's sickening!!
Because Europe was far too bloody soft letting all the supposed "refugees" in without properly vetting them. There was even photo's showing Isis terrorists stood within the crowds of the genuine refugees waiting to get in to Europe.
Why do you assume immigrants are to blame? What is wrong that you must immediately lash out at a group you know nothing about to blame them for this?
I never said it was immigrants... At what point does it say I wrote that above?!?
I've just read & watched it on bbc news. There was quotes on Twitter from Isis supporters saying how happy they were about it. Hash tagging Paris in flames etc... & there was a tweet from a French person saying that although been confirmed that they think it was Isis.
How is the view up there this evening?? That's one high horse you have there.
On a thread about what is going on in Paris tonight you mention immigrants and or refugees. Why would you mention them in the context you did if you did not think that their presence was in some way connected with what is happening?
The other reason may be that you are physically incapable of having a conversation on any topic without yabbering on about immigrants.
Either way it is totally unrelated to the facts as we have them right now..
That's right it's got nothing ti do with immigration or refugees.... There's only one connection between all the recent terrorist attacks.
There all Muslim!

Really? Hahaha. Love it how you are capable of reading something & then just making up to suit yourself.
I said that there was Isis fighters pictured stood within the crowds of genuine refugees. - at what point does that mean I am blaming refugees? I was replying to someone's comment regarding how terrorists are getting into Europe.
Fuck sake. Can't have an opinion or a say if it doesn't agree with you eh?

And all the Muslims I know will be as shocked and sickened by this as I am. More so as they know it will taint bigoted people's views of them as a religious group even more. |

I read the post as the authorities being to blame, not those people who are simply looking for somewhere safe to live.
It's got nothing to do with the people who are simply looking for somewhere safe to live as you put it. I wrote that there was photographic evidence of Isis fighters within the crowds of the GENUINE refugees. Jeez! Get shot down in flames because folk don't read things properly. "
I think you were right to say what you did. You are entitled to your opinion. Isis did say months ago they intended to infiltrate and flood Europe with fighters smuggled in amongst the refugees. |

This stuff has been going on for years, yes.
Unfortunately those against violence are not listened to or given attention.
Peaceful protests get ignored, riots do not.
Wars we started are given little attention, blame shoved elsewhere, lies made up so we look innocent. Humanitarian aid solutions given no air time.
You want a better world then stop blaming other people. Really is true that you have to be the change you want to see. |

I read YOUR post as saying that the authorities should have been more thorough than they were to ensure people who shouldn't have sneaked in didn't slip through the cracks. I dont refer to those people as refugees or immigrants because they're people and they just want to be safe. Those genuine people who are unsafe in their own country.
If that's not what you meant then I'll apologise and say I've no idea what you meant. |

I think you'll find the shouting of Allah Akbar by Muslim terrorists before the attack is rather common!
Racism has fuck all to do with religion.... There's plenty of white Islamic religious tits too!

You see people like you believe all this propoganda. Do you know that there are daily blasts in syria and palestine yet we dont see that. Let it come to Europe or America and the whole world wakes up.
Do you know how many wars are going on in Africa?
My point is have a balance, dont jump to and make statements like you have. It shows very little intellect.
But i pray that you may be guided rather than hate on you or be drawn into a very pointless argument. |

Seriously yours is the most stupid comment I've seen, how is someone racist for stating an opinion over a situation???.
And the lady was right in what she said I've also seen the report that Isis fighters have infiltrated with genuine refugees.
