We moved a very short distance to be nearer the sea and to a much smaller home enabling us to stop working for money. We haven't gone back and although now and again we will do a bit of paid work, I doubt if we ever will. The freedom is indescribable. |

I would love to live by the coast - a simple house where I could watch the crashing of the waves... One day I will have my dream - when my babies fly the nest  |

In many ways, yes. We have lots of work to do on our new home on quite a tight budget but at 11 this morning we were sipping coffee overlooking the sea, I can spend as much time as I want with my very elderly parents, we can read, walk, talk to people, sew (well I can), hit our fingers with massive sledge hammers (well he can  ), listen to the radio while making scones etc all at times when once we would have been at work. |
