Hey everyone

The last thread got too big so I thought I'd start this one up. How are you all getting on? I've lost 6lbs now and started a 6 week training programme with a PT. Looking to look good (well better) for Christmas Parties.

Well I will join in with this thread,after an injury lay off I've a stone to shift.

Managed a steady pace 10k last night, but then spoilt it with a couple of beers afterwards.

Training for a charity boxing event I've lost over a stone and have lost about 3 inches around my waste. Pt sessions have helped massively

Weighing in at around 75kg, I have reached my target but now I have to lose the belly with a more cardio while still lifting weights to get some shape to my body

As said doing dress sizes I've dropped 1 so far and start gym Monday. Considering a personal trainer. Booked in a 10k in may to keep me on track

Lost 3lb last week but put it back on this week

Lunchtime jog / walk session around the field today & will do the same 2mrrw, kick start the losses again!
