i would say real but i have a couple of friends with fake that you would never know were fake i think the natural looking ones can be just as attractive as natural but not at all keen on the obviously fake ones tbf |

Some boob jobs are better than others.
I recently met a lady with the most fantastic enhanced boobs ever.
They looked and felt completely natural, and they were perfectly proportioned with her figure.
Apart from the fact that they were as firm as an 18 year old's boobs and had a tiny, almost invisible scar at the base, you would struggle to tell the difference.
I guess the difference was that she had the op to return her boobs to their former pre-motherhood glory, rather than an attempt to glue a huge pair of perfectly circular balloons on a body shape not proportioned to pull them off |

i have a couple of friends that have fake boobs and they are great, now days they a lot nore natural looking than they old football tits women used to have
to be honest if it gives a woman more confidance thats all that matters |
