Who has gym equipment at home?
My dad used to have a rowing machine but I wasn't living with him at the time, so I've never had anything like that to play around with.
A weights bench is a new addition to the living room... It's all good fun watching a hot guy work out but the curiosity got the better of me so I've been having a go with the weights.
I'm a bit of a wuss so I won't tell you what I can bench press or curl but bloody hell my arms ache!
Enough of my ranting.
Basically... What do you have at home? Do you use it regularly? Do you want more?

"I have a treadmill which always makes people laugh considering I walk approx 12 miles a day just at work, but I still insist on doing few extra miles at night. It's a great stress buster "
I've heard that treadmills make really good laundry storage
I'd much rather run indoors in the warm than outside in the rain and wind |

Used to have a treadmill, elliptical and rowing machine but gave them away when I moved into a one bed flat. Shortly after, I dislocated my knee again and missed working out at home so much as I couldn't go road running anymore. May buy some more machines. |

Always could have more weights. I have a bench, squat rack, and a cable pulley. Also, have dumbells, long bars, heavy bags, a wheelbarrel, heavy chains, medicine balls, and kettleballs. I work out three days a week and train my wife on that schedule. Working out for me is an evolving process. I'm always trying to do something new to make progress and have fun. It's all in my garage, aka old school gym. |

"We have a gym at home, don't use it as it's meant to be though
Laundry eh?
Kinky buggers....
Won't find laundry "hanging" in my gym "
Then I can't possibly imagine what else you could be doing on a bench designed to lie down on, or a curling station that happens to be perfectly designed to bend over... |

I'm thinking since my gym subscription goes monthly after this year that I might cancel it and instead buy a rack, bench and bar/weights.
And just do it at home |

I converted my top floor to a gym. Mirrored one wall completely. Treadmill, weights bench, leg-lift, rowing machine, bike, fitted EVA foam to the floor.
Do I use it?
Do I 'eck as like!
My husband uses it daily. So it's not a complete waste!
