I'm (him) fighting it at the moment, been working out, cut out the crap food but gaining weight, started more cardio work this week so hopefully that will shift it!
But good on ya OP glad your achieving your goals. |

I was put on this by my gp my blood pressure was too hight and boarder line diabetic so had to loose weight or I guess the worst |

good work fella! Keep it up! I'm trying to do the same lost lots at first now it's slower and more of a challenge! Keep at it - if nothing else you'll feel healthier and better in yourself! |

Well done op. I am doing well too. I have changed abit how I train and focus on high volume work in the 15 rep ranges for my shoulders and it seem to respond to it pretty well. I like the burn |

"Well done. I was put on a lifestyle programme by my GP a year ago and have continued with the changes re diet and gym. It's slow progress.....but getting there. Keep at it -!"
It has certainly changed my life I don't want to go back to how I was that's for sure |
