It's the fact that there was systematic doping by the national team, which is state sponsored, and the collusion of any testing and related activities by Araf (the Russian testing authorities) which needs to be condemned.
I don't think there has been any other documented widespread abuse such as this since the east Germans of the 1970's  |

As its state sponsored I think that Russia should be banned from all sport.
There is evidence of widespread bribery and intimidation by the secret service. In addition there clear evidence that the state bribed FIFA to hold the football World Cup. It is also clear that this is "just the tip of the iceberg".
Athletes and Families were intimidated.
When the state sponsor the corruption you have to boot them out surely!!??
