Hi guys, I am coming across a few profiles
mainly single females with the wording. ( I have a friend with Benefits )
I am trying to establish what that really means? or could it mean anything? Could I become a friend with benefits.
Does it mean, Some-one meets a friend with benefits on a regular basis for sex? or does it mean friend with benefits spends money on the other person? Can anyone put me on the right lines? I would love to know. Do you have a friend with Benefits maybe? |

I think it means female with her head well and truly screwed on. She has a man friend or another bi female friend that she meeets up with for NSA sex.
and possibly she has been wise enough not to create a couple profile to give the man friend a golden ticket to more meets.

I have a friend with benefits. We text most days, meet occasionally (350miles apart) and shag like bunny rabbits when we do - but also talk, spend time together etc. There's no financial gain either way. He's probably paid for more of the meals out than I have - but he's written them to business expenses, so I have no guilt there We have never bought each other anything other than food/ drink. I've helped him move, find things for his place, he's cooked for me.

I have a handful of what I would consider as regular playmates.
We do not usually communicate between meets, and I prefer it that way, as I do not have the time to maintain any relationship.
They have already been sent a list of locations and dates for hotel meets for 2011.
Nearer the time for each date, I shall contact them to see who is available and fancy some fun.

I find that fascinating. When I was still in a couple we used to play separately and one of the ground rules that we had was that if one of us started having strong emotions for any of our meets then the other could call a halt to that.
We didn't want the swinging aspect of our relationship to take anything away from what we had between ourselves, and it was felt that either of us having friends with benefits whom we would meet up with regularly to have fun and also play with was a fine line to damaging our relationship.
Obviously I realise that not every couple sees things the way we did, but I do find it interesting that couples can have friends with benefits as opposed to singletons. |
