A form of exercise based on the moves of various dances and latin american musics.

It is great fun!

Cool , there are some very sexy moves in some of the dances.

It takes a while to get used to the routine as it does with anything new, but it's worth it

Um..... what traditional present-giving festival have we just passed?

I got her the Davina DVD, and I probably will watch it as Davina is well fit on the DVD cover and I might catch a glimpse of some good old camel-toe action.

I have a Davina power of 3 dvd however have to admit to only using it once. My reason was that there wasn't enough room to do it properly in the flat.

I have no excuse now we live in a house with lots of room

We got the wii about 3 weeks ago and so far I've been on the wii fit plus several times and for decent lengths of time too. I'm really enjoying it too so I'm hoping my interest will hold a while longer.
