Oh you can't beat that first sip of the day, it's still to hot to drink as you take the first sip.
The hot cup is to hot to put to your lips but you know it's not going to stop you getting that scolding liquid into your mouth for that stinging tongue sensation and taking a layer of skin off the roof of your mouth.
Boy it sure does wake you up and open your eyes.

Ha ha I prefer a more gentle way, ie partner brings you a cup,of tea and knows it's too hot, so entertains and teases you till it's just the right temperature to drink... Can always nuke it or make another if the entertaining gets out of hand...  |

Ha ha I prefer a more gentle way, ie partner brings you a cup,of tea and knows it's too hot, so entertains and teases you till it's just the right temperature to drink... Can always nuke it or make another if the entertaining gets out of hand... "
Then you'd have to start all over again as it cools down again |

I don't drink anything first thing, usually my first port of call is going into the garden to get 'fresh air' hmmmmm but trying so hard to give up, this mornjng wasn't a good mornjng  |

A lovely feahly brewed latte with a hint of caramel. Lightly creamy but not overly heavy.
Soft foam of frothy milk hitting your lips. As the warm coffee slips down your throat like a hug from the inside.
Coffee is my religion
