Was convinced I was going to lose one a few years ago, but my dentist treated and solved the problem.
As far as toothache goes, I think I tried everything - the doubling up on painkillers helped I think, but it was the antibiotics that really got to work. |

I've always found exactly that to be very effective myself.
The one I had it even worse and an infection in my jawbone I found a bottle of rum under the pillow and a nice swig every time you wake hits the spot |
