I'm just wondering if others feel the same way as me. I love swinging and hope, one day, to find someone who I want to spend the rest of my life with, whom also happens to love the whole swinging scene.
However, at the moment, after a meet I find myself feeling a little bit emotionally drained. It's like swinging is my massive high that always leads to a crash.
Don't get me wrong I'm not saying I'm in danger of breaking down and telling some poor old dear as I do my weekly shop. But enough for me to feel noticeably deflated.
Now here the question? Am I alone in feeling like this? Or is this perfectly normal!

Endorphins are the culprit I believe. I see it as the come down from an endorphins high. |

Well I've had a hot bath and a bagel with cream cheese and smoked salmon washed down with a large pot of lotus flower tea. I feel okay but a hug would go down a treat. |

Unfortunately I'm not taking the piss. I lived in Vietnam for a while and can no longer stand tea with milk in it so I indulge in many different kinds of green tea. Also, the salmon was on offer in Asda when I nipped in before. But don't tell anyone! Lol
