Not eaten since about 12 today. Just got back from a social meet so decided to have a gluten & dairy free ping meal. Whooopeee I hear you say 
"Pierce film in several places" it said.
Never done this before but I actually stabbed my finger. Blood & everything. It hurts  |

Yeah I was once cutting the top off a coconut while watching football.
Lost concentration, dropped the knife, where it just sliced the skin next to my ankle...
The pressure the blood was under shot is across the room, like in a samurai movie, I had to hold my hand on it and keep it under pressure, while I got a taxi to the hospital!
It never hurt in the slightest, but the blood just kept flowing! |

Under docs orders myself..fad diets are to quote him "bolacks" Don't eat carbs and ensure a good breakfast of high fibre..porridge best.then lots of veg/fruit but not pineapple and then lots of protein such as chicken..worked for me |

proceed to putting on some dettol or savlon then proceed in putting on a plaster."

It's always a shock I'm that clumsy. I cut the top of a finger off with a normal butter knife one Christmas eve... Luckily it was hanging on enough to be reattached  |
