The John Lewis ad is a highlight of the year for some, but to me I love the spoofs or parodies that it inspires .
I have found my first one of the year on you tube.
It's a star wars Mash up. It's very funny.
Have you found any more?

It didn't cost £7,000,000 to make. Most of the cost quoted is to buy the airtime to show the ad. The total marketing budget for this campaign is £7,000,000.
Yes, £7,000,000 would buy a lot of presents for the elderly but as the money was never going to be spent in that way it's a bit of a pointless argument. They do give large and small amounts to charity (not just through the token schemes in Waitrose, which is a nice £1,000 every month from every store to small local charities) and they have their welfare fund for sick and retired partners.
