Blue Waffle is a ridiculous hoax.
An STD spread only by women, from poor hygiene? How incredibly offensive.
It's actually stems from an image of a lady who had suffered vulval damage from a violent attack. It was photoshopped to accentuate the bruising the poor woman had sustained and many people have copied the idea since it went viral.
It's not a condition. It's a misogynistic and disturbing internet wind-up.
