"Me! Me! (What are you talking about?)
Lmao Steve. I'm boycotting the "most intelligent" and "most sexy" threads"
But what if someone mentions you in one? You may not have chosen to participate in such activities but the presence of your name on such a thread will damn you regardless.

I think those treads are only half true! Cause how everyone can know everyone?!? Like there is so plenty people who not use forums and you even have no clue about that they excist but maybe they are sooo sexy to nominate them...
Mostly I think those voting threads are only for very popular site users.. Cause who would get more votes person you first time see..or person you always see on hotlist first page or so popular forum person?!? Be honest...
(Only my thoughts) |

I haven't even looked at them so they may or may not have done so, if they have, it's without my permission and therefore irrespective of my boycott
However, if you wanna be mean, I'll give you a spanking |

If we get enough people doing impression (I can do a passable Jabba 'Ho Ho Ho' laugh) we could re-enact the whole film! |

It's also based on people's opinions which can vary wildly, and in my experience, if one person says something different from the main, it gets them laughed at and shunned. So people may be unwilling to stand out because they don't want to feel separated from the majority. This isn't always the case, but I conclude it happens more than it should, even amongst adults |

I'm in two minds about the 'who is the best' type threads.
The 'popular' person today probably won't be mentioned in tomorrow's thread.
If you've been in the forums for a while you can pretty much predict the outcome & it can make for an amusing read at times
If you're seeking affirmation from people then these type of threads I would say are best avoided. |

Yes, perceptions change more regularly than British weather.
It's interesting seeing how things change over time, but not meant to be taken seriously, and certainly not something I would participate in, because I think it's disrespectful. However, I don't mind sharing my hotlist (as much as I can remember) because that's more flexible, and you can see who you can add because of similar preferences, and/or who is on a hotlist of a certain type that you might like. |

I'm trying to share an observation I've made over the time I've spent posting in the forums ~ but I can't get the wording quite right as I know it's liable to be taken out of context & I really cba to defend it |

Sorry if I've misinterpreted what you said. I saw it and posted my alternative opinion, not to start debates though, I went on a bit of a tangent though. I do that sometimes |
