They cancelled due to the Russian plane incident and thinking its a terrorist attack.
My holiday company have been pissing about for 3 days even admitted they forgot to contact me so due to sale and demand now can't offer us another deal to make matters worse I do t get the refund for 3-5 full working days because of company procedure.
Now what's laughable I got a email at 22.00 from them confirming my holiday booking and wishing me a pleasant holiday!. I've had to check with the airlines as the offices are closed make sure they haven't changed flights again. Total cock up moral of the story NEVER book a holiday with very cheap holidays. |

they cant offer you an alternative holiday with them, in this time frame?..thats shit.. i dont have a TV so i dont know whats going on world terrorist blah blah..

clubs are just like big friendly parties some are new to clubs tomorrow too, im sure they will be buzzing afterwards, once they've been and got all strange preconceived notions out of their heads x
no, unfortunately no new prose..i havent been inspired and so busy with half term and kids and other friends and these two social events ive had no head space for it...still im taking a bit of a back seat after this weekend, maybe the long winter nights will inspire me xx

They cancelled due to the Russian plane incident and thinking its a terrorist attack.
My holiday company have been pissing about for 3 days even admitted they forgot to contact me so due to sale and demand now can't offer us another deal to make matters worse I do t get the refund for 3-5 full working days because of company procedure.
Now what's laughable I got a email at 22.00 from them confirming my holiday booking and wishing me a pleasant holiday!. I've had to check with the airlines as the offices are closed make sure they haven't changed flights again. Total cock up moral of the story NEVER book a holiday with very cheap holidays.
they cant offer you an alternative holiday with them, in this time frame?..thats shit.. i dont have a TV so i dont know whats going on world terrorist blah blah..
cant get refund within 3-5 days..cant they do you a credit note or something to go with another company...
sounds like they will be out of business soon if everyone is being treated like you.. i am very sorry for your disappointment xx"

I've sent a written complaint tonight asking for them
To offer a reasonable solution before I take things further. The manager shouted at me in the phone made me cry over a comment I made about customer service leaving a sinking ship she didn't like it.
What will be will be line the saying goes if u provide a good service to a person they tell on average 3 others if u provide a bad services 33 others and with social media it can soon be spread about.

ive been to a few clubs about 5 so far and jaydees for atmosphere as in relaxed, no pressure, with the people who go who are lovely, time after time, and the owners whom i love to bits, is my favourite so far..yes x
