You read the profile.
You find the hidden words that they ask you to put in the message title.
You put those words in the message title, as they promise to respond yes or no if you put the words in the message title.
You write a sane sensible message.
You click send.
You wait for a reply.
Your message is deleted and you never get a response.
What can you do ?????
Apart from the obvious shrug of the shoulders and move on that is. |

There's a dedicated team of highly educated people who are going to try and crack this conundrum for Fabsters.
They've just got people peeing in swimming pools and chewing gum on the pavement to sort, and then we're next. |

I think that is just downright rude ignoring you if you have taken time an effort to message them using the "hidden" word/s.
We ALWAYS reply to someone who has taken the trouble to contact us after reading our profile fully.... even if it is a polite no! We NEVER respond to mail senders that haven't read our profile!!! We treat others as they treat us!
Sorry (to the OP) you have experienced such ignorance... They didn't deserve your attention anyway.... Good luck, there are nice people on here, you just need to be patient in finding them

You are assuming that the OP met the criteria of the other member/s.....you have no way of knowing if he did or not, so to slate the other member/s without this info is a little presumptious. |

No! Not at all presumptuous. Of course I have no idea why the other member/s deleted his message without a reply... If I was Mystic Meg I wouldn't be on Fab as I would already know who would be up for playing with us lol!!!
I just personally wouldn't entertain the idea of not responding to a well thought message from some one that had shown a real interest by including the "hidden words". Even to say a very polite thanks but no thanks.... We always get a nice message back this way as the sender goes into shock at getting a reply |

And if you WERE Mystic Meg, you'd probably get less meets rather than more. |

Aye, we all have to move on. As a couple we also get non-responses. We have managed to avoid a lot of this by first searching for only verified profiles, then carefully checking their profile for their last online presence, how long they have been on here and how many, if any, meets they have on their profile.
If they are of interest and look like they are active then we will mail them and usually get a response positive or negative, but still not always.
Don't feel it is just you. |
