Who decide to count out 17p in pennies so they can give me the right change when there's a queue down the shop behind them.
The ones who queue in said queue then don't know what they want when they get to the front.
Then they ring someone to find out what they want.
Oh and I stood on a dead bird this morning which promptly exploded and spattered blood all over my boot!!
