.....or should I say inkwell of inspiration is as dry as a dead dodo's donger and lately my humour and wit are as funny as an abscess on the arsehole. I need a prescription to prevent me from boring myself and others to an early appointment with a morose mortician. Your suggestions would be most welcome?

A series that completely passed me by in the nineties. Just enjoyed watching the Mutiny episode .... Made me chuckle, thanks

....I laugh at myself continually, but my maniacal laughter will get me strait-jacketed I fear. Death Star Canteen seems like a good place for a hearty meal before Scotty beams me up. *Don't you just love a mixed metaphor*

"Are you Mr Johnson, Head of Catering?""

this one sweet..when all else fails use the enlightened spiritual way of 'fuck it' (not that kind of fuck, but everything is open to interpretation )

I would love to go to Burning Man next year, but sadly I think I'll get burnt at the stake if I disappear for a week on those dates next year

But maybe you are on the right track. I haven't done anything radical for a while. Hmmm got me thinking

Yep walking connects me to nature and leaves me feeling invigorated, but generating that creative spark that inspires me is really what I'm talking about. I've been doing a lot of travelling working and at my age it takes its toll a bit more than when I was younger and it is easy for me to just settle into mundane routines and a bit of a rut when I slow down. So I'm perhaps thinking about something that reawakens me
